x264 for Video, AC3 for Audio

m-HD stands for micro-High Definition. Basically, it is the process of lowering file size, but maintain the quality. The source can be from HDDVD or Bluray disc.
Movies posted here use MeGUI and some other AvS related tools to rip movies. If you have any problem concerning ripping movies, feel free to contact me or leave me a comment. And also, requests can be made here.
netsurfz (nSuRFz) is currently using x264 codec for ripping movies. And using AC3 codec for audio. My rips are for my personal interests. Thank you to all the sources and my friends for advise to make better rips.

Congratulations on your first rip using the high quality codecs. I will be looking forward to see samples from you on how to reduce the movie size drastically without losing a lot of quality.
